Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  2. All tags, labels, and accessories must remain intact.

  3. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or altered in any way cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or damaged during shipping.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  1. Follow the return process above.

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

  3. Once your return is received, we will issue your refund promptly.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
